We do not resell or distribute our custom boxes to third parties and reserve the right to use sample boxes for display or marketing purposes on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

If you receive defective or incorrect products, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. While we do not issue direct refunds or credits, we will gladly reprint your order after confirming the issue. Proof of defect is required for processing.

Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations

All payments are processed in USD. Work begins only after full payment, including taxes and shipping charges. Once proofs are approved and the job is sent to production, no changes can be made. You may cancel within 4 hours of proof approval with a 5% cancellation fee.

Design Orders

Design service orders are non-refundable. All fees for design work are final once placed.

Sales Tax Policy

All applicable sales taxes are included in the order total. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid tax exemption certificate when placing an order.

Artwork & File Submission

Please submit artwork in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Pack Arrow is not responsible for pixelation, blurriness, or color shifts resulting from low-resolution or RGB files.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Proof approval is required before printing begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all details in their proofs. Color variations may occur due to printing limitations, and Pack Arrow does not guarantee exact color matching between digital screens and printed materials.

Overruns and Underruns

While we strive to deliver exact quantities, an industry-standard variance of up to ±5% may occur. You will only be billed for the quantity you receive.
